Visit a fragrant Ouzo distillery, learn the secret of the Greek traditional drink Ouzo and taste it! Then visit a beekeeping unit, wear the beekeeping costume and meet the bees in their natural environment. Local varieties of honey and Greek sweets based on honey will charm your palate! A minimum of 2 participants is required for this tour.

In this excursion, we learn the secrets of beekeeping and ouzo. At first, we “invade” the enchanting world of the unique Greek Ouzo and Tsipouro, where we visit a local distillery, we learn their history and characteristics and we admire the distillery museum. Walk through olive and orange groves for 15 minutes and visit a traditional honey production unit where its owner, a beekeeper, reveals the way that the beehives are maintained and harvested.

With a history of over 4.000 years, the Greek gastronomy and the unique Greek product a hold a prominent place in the world ranking. Ouzo, tsipouro and the honey flowers are some of the Greek products the one can find in every corner of Greece, from the most gourmet restaurants to the most picturesque tavern by the sea. In this tour we learn all the secrets of these unique products, as we visit local traditional units and we met from close their local producer.

In this excursion, we learn the secrets of beekeeping and ouzo.

At first, we “invade” the enchanting world of the unique Greek Ouzo and Tsipouro. We visit a local distillery, we learn their history and characteristic and we admire the distillery museum. At the end of this heady journey, we taste the traditional local spirits of Ouzo, tsipouro and various local liqueurs, accompanied by Greek traditional dishes.

Then we walk through olive and orange groves for 15 minutes and we visit a traditional honey production unit where its owner, a beekeeper, reveals the way that the beehives are maintained and harvested. We safely walk through beautiful flowered landscapes in order to meet and admire the magical world of the bees in their natural environment and we taste unique Greek variety of honey.
